# Airport Pick-up:

Once the flight arrives, the service driver will be holding a banner with the passenger name and wait at the arrival hall for 90 minutes. Please contact the driver in advance in case of flight delays or unexpected events. It will be considered as a no-show if the driver wasn’t informed and they have the right to leave the premises after 90 minutes.

# Airport Drop-off:

For international flights, you are usually required to arrive at the Airport at least 3 hours’ prior departure. However, the service driver will be in contact with you 4 hours’ prior flight departure.

＊Pick-up location will be at your designated hotel. Please be at the lobby area 5 – 10 minutes’ prior assembly time ready for pick-up.
